Farmers Market Customer Pick-Up
If you live in or near the Houston area, we can have your order ready for pick-up free of charge at any of the farmers markets that we attend. Click
here for a list of these markets with locations and times. To select this option, simply choose the appropriate market from the shipping pull down menu when you finalize your order. If, after placing your order you are unable to pick it up, please call us immediately at least a day before the market to reschedule your pick-up date. If you are not able to notify us before hand and an order is not picked up, it will be brought back to our farm where you may pick it up within the next 48 hours. We cannot offer refunds for abandoned orders.
In order to ensure that your order is processed in time for the market, please place your order no later than three days prior to the market date.
UPS Ground Delivery
At this time can only offer UPS Ground delivery to addresses located within the one-day transit time envelope from our property. The UPS ground map below offers a general representation of UPS ground transit times. To check if your delivery address lies within this envelop, you can use the UPS shipping time and cost calculator found
here. Enter 77484 for the originating zipcode.
If your delivery address does not lie within this envelop we will not be able to ship with UPS Ground and ensure 1-day delivery. The shipping charges shown by the automatic shipping calculator cover the weight of your order. The additional charges for shipping the necessary cold packs or dry ice are included in the handling fee for each order.
Next Day Shipping
If ground shipping or customer pick-up is not an option for you, we can also provide overnight shipping using UPS Next Day Air Saver or FedEx Standard Overnight.
