GrassFed Beef

All of our meat comes from cattle that receive no antibiotics or hormones and graze on grass, free of herbicides and pesticides. Each cut is vacuumed packed to seal in flavor and extend freezer life. We do not maintain a large inventory, choosing to process in time to ship to you. Due to our animals' healthy lifestyle, our GrassFed meat is leaner and more flavorful and nutritious than steaks from conventional grain-fed and feedlot-raised cattle. This reduced fat content requires the meat to be cooked at a lower temperature (35-45 degrees lower) than typical grocery store beef. Price begin at $3.00 per pound for Whole Carcass Hanging Weight.
